Despite some room issues like the presence of animal waste and a clogged toilet, the hotel staff was really helpful in resolving the problems. The heat in the first room was unbearable, but we were promptly moved to a better one. The service overall was nice and attentive, except for the bell boy. The location is convenient for those wanting to be close to the railway station and bus stand, although other aspects may not be great. The dining experience was lackluster, with items missing from the menu and unimpressive food. Despite the inconveniences, the hotel is quite close to transportation hubs.
